Frequently Asked Questions

What are the medical centers policies?

You can find our Policies here

We ask that you consider our policies not as restrictions but as indispensable rules, which allow us to provide high standards of service. With regard to appointment cancellation fees, these are unfortunately necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to clients and patients when they make the appointments.

How do I book an appointment?

To make an appointment; please contact us directly by calling:

Upon scheduling your appointment, patients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment. You will not be charged a fee for your appointment. A fee will only be applied to your credit card should you cancel within less then 24 hours or fail to show up for your appointment. You can reference our Cancellation Policies here:

We also recommend that you schedule future appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available as nights and Saturdays are the most requested times and fill up fast.

All booked appointments will be confirmed by our staff via a telephone call reminder or email a day or two before your appointment. Please provide us with a valid email address. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.

Is there anything I should do prior to my appointment?

We ask that Laser Hair Removal patients come shaved before a treatment. It is recommended to shave the day before your appointment.

We also suggest that all patients receiving any of our facial treatments and consultation to arrive without make up if possible. Our medical Esthetician will go over pre and post procedure guidelines during your consultation only.

Can I have a consultation or get medical/ treatment advice over the phone?

No. We value your safety and want you to get the best medical aesthetic outcome and that requires all consultations, before and after imaging, and treatment advice to be done in person by a medical professional only. Please do not ask our Front Desk staff questions about your condition or treatment and kindly reserve that to be assessed by your medical team during your scheduled consultation.

(You will have access to both Dr. Rana and clinical staff for post op care and any concerns or needs if needed. please dial option 3 when you call to reach one of them. Please reserve this option for post op needs only )

Do we accept insurance?

All Aesthetic procedures and treatments are self pay only and we do not bill insurance for cosmetic procedures or treatments. We can provide you with a detailed progress note and record by Dr. Rana to submit to your insurance for certain clinical findings that may be covered by your insurance but we do not assist in this process.

We DO however accept payment by financing through the reputable lender in medical and aesthetic care called Care Credit.

We finance a lot of our ” wants” in life but why not finance a ” need” that is credit worthy? With Care Credit you can now get the aesthetic results with an investment you deserve:)
